Collaborate on Land projects and other activities and promote state Govt. projects, Our Officer's research, upcoming events, interesting articles, new reports – in short anything that our members wish to share with our Revenue community.

We interact and connect with B.R.S. officers via regular on-line social and learning events organised by and with our Members or external speakers associated with BiRSA-U.

Our social media groups allow members to connect with each other and the broader Revenue & Land sustainable community.

Accounability

B.RS. members are held accountable through their commitment to the association's rules and by ensuring transparent and ethical conduct in how the association operates on their behalf. Key elements of member accountability include being informed about latest govt. guidelines, Circular, activities and finances, having opportunities to raise concerns, and upholding the rules and legal obligations governing the association. This shared responsibility is crucial for maintaining trust and ensuring the association's goals are achieved effectively.

Integrity

Association members should embody integrity by adhering to strong, unwavering moral and ethical principles, which builds trust and ensures the organization's viability. This involves demonstrating honesty, fairness, and responsibility, often cultivated through leadership commitment, clear codes of conduct, and by encouraging members to act ethically even when not observed

Challenged

Officers often work day and night under adverse and challenging conditions with low basic amenities, leading to significant physical and mental health risks.

Revenue officers often face dynamic and unpredictable scenarios that can turn dangerous or deadly in an instant. Incidents like public fights, domestic land related violence and superior's pressure are particularly common in our work culture.

Officers may work in remote areas with poor communication coverage, delaying backup and increasing personal risk. They also face unwanted hazards such as extreme pressure, disaster targeted work within stipulated time frame which adds to physical strain and health risks.
